iPhone: iPhone XS, XS Max, XR and newer models (including iPhone 11/12/13/14/15 series)
iPad: iPad Pro 11-inch (3rd generation and newer), iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation and newer), iPad Air (3rd generation and newer), iPad (7th generation and newer), iPad mini (5th generation and newer)

You can dial *#06# to check if an EID number is displayed. If it appears, your device supports eSIM.

Refund Policy - Can eSIM plans be refunded?

We're sorry, but eSIM plans are non-refundable once purchased. Please carefully review the plan details (including data allowance, validity period, coverage areas, etc.) before purchase to ensure you select the plan that best meets your needs. If you have any questions, please contact our support team at [email protected] before purchasing.

How to install and activate eSIM?

Installation is very simple:
1. After successful purchase, view your order details in 'My Orders' to get the activation QR code
2. Go to your phone's 'Settings' > 'Cellular' > 'Add Cellular Plan'
3. Scan the QR code from your order details
4. Follow the prompts to complete installation
5. After arriving at your destination, enable 'Data Roaming' to use the service

The entire process takes only 2-3 minutes and requires no technical knowledge.

When should I install my eSIM?

Activation timing may vary by plan. Please check the details of your purchased plan:

Activate after connecting to local network: Most plans use this method. You can install the eSIM before departure (but don't enable data roaming), then enable 'Data Roaming' after arriving at your destination. The eSIM will start counting down once connected to the local network.

Activate immediately after installation: Some plans start counting immediately after installation. For these plans, we recommend installing just before departure or after arriving at your destination.

To avoid accidental early activation, please carefully review the activation instructions in your plan details before purchasing.

Can I use eSIM for hotspot sharing?

Yes, the vast majority of plans support personal hotspot sharing. You can turn your phone into a mobile hotspot to share the network connection with other devices (such as laptops, tablets, etc.). However, please note that hotspot sharing consumes more data, so we recommend choosing a plan with sufficient data allowance.

What is the internet speed of eSIM?

Our eSIM plans use networks from local major carriers. Most plans support 4G LTE or 5G networks. Actual speeds depend on:
• Signal strength at your location
• Local carrier network quality
• Plan type (some plans may throttle speeds after reaching a certain data limit)

In cities and major tourist areas, you can typically enjoy stable and fast internet connectivity.

What should I do when I run out of data?

If you run out of data, you can purchase a new plan from the plan list. We recommend reserving some data buffer based on your actual usage, or choosing a plan with sufficient data allowance.

Can I use the same eSIM on multiple devices?

No. Each eSIM can only be installed on one device and cannot be transferred to another device once installed. If you need internet for multiple devices, you can:
• Purchase a separate eSIM for each device
• Or use one device to enable hotspot sharing

How long is the eSIM validity period? When does it start?

Each plan has a clearly defined validity period (e.g., 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, etc.). There are two activation methods. Please check the instructions in your purchased plan details:

Method 1: Activate after connecting to local network
When you arrive at your destination, enable 'Data Roaming' and connect to the local network for the first time. The eSIM will officially activate and the validity period will begin counting.

Method 2: Activate immediately after installation
The eSIM starts counting immediately after installation is completed, and the validity period begins right away.

Shelf life for unactivated eSIM: Please check the instructions in the corresponding plan details.

• After the validity period expires, the eSIM will become invalid even if data is not used up
