• eSIM activation and configuration support
• Customer service and technical support
• Account management and top-up services

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to register an account
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Each email address can only register one account
• You may not use false identity or impersonate others

2.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• If you discover your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately
• We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to properly safeguard your password

3.1 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change at any time, but will not affect completed orders
• Payment must be made using our supported payment methods
• You authorize us to charge your payment method

3.2 Order Confirmation

• After order submission, we will send you a confirmation email
• The confirmation email does not mean we accept the order, only that we have received it

4.1 Activation and Validity Period

• eSIM activates when first connected to a network
• Unactivated eSIMs are typically valid for 30-180 days after purchase
• The validity period after activation depends on the plan type
• Unused data will expire after the validity period ends

4.2 Usage Restrictions

• eSIM is for personal use only; commercial use is prohibited
• Prohibited activities include illegal activities, sending spam or malware
• Prohibited from excessive use that causes network congestion
• Violation of usage restrictions may result in service suspension or termination

4.3 Fair Use Policy

Although we offer 'unlimited data' plans, to ensure fair use for all users:

• Network speeds may be reduced after reaching certain thresholds
• We reserve the right to limit or suspend service in cases of abnormal usage

Exceptions under special circumstances:

• If our technical error prevents eSIM activation, we will provide a replacement or refund
• If the plan description significantly differs from the actual service, we will handle it appropriately
• All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

• Our website, applications, trademarks, logos, and content are protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell our content without permission
• You retain ownership of content uploaded to our platform, but grant us a license to use such content

Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• We are not responsible for the network quality, coverage, or speed of third-party carriers
• We are not responsible for any losses caused by use or inability to use our services
• Some countries/regions may restrict or prohibit eSIM use; you are responsible for confirming legality

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate services (or any part thereof) at any time
• We may temporarily interrupt services for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons
• If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account
• You may close your account at any time by contacting us

• For any disputes, we encourage you to first contact us through customer service to resolve the matter

• Any legal action shall be brought in the appropriate jurisdiction

• We may send you information via email, website announcements, or in-app notifications
• You agree to receive electronic communications related to our services
